Before his promotion, Alves was national support manager for BT-Prime Mover. BT-Prime Mover is part of the Toyota Material Handling Group, which includes Raymond, BT, Prime Mover and Toyota.

He will be responsible for developing and implementing world-class capabilities in supply chain management, logistics and global purchasing and for improving manufacturing facility use around the world.
