An American forklift dealership with 11 outlets in six states has switched allegiance from Yale to Linde brand.
WMH Solutions, formerly Wheeler Material Handling, will become a Linde dealer from June 1 after signing an agreement with Linde's parent compnany Kion North America.
During its time as a Yale dealership, WMH was named a Yale Dealer of Excellence six times.
Hyster-Yale says equipment dealership LiftOne will take over WMH Solutions’ territories in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and Virginia.
Neither WMH or Kion North America would comment on which party made the decision to part ways.
"This pivot to the Linde brand reflects our unwavering dedication to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our valued customers," WMH president Scott Moe said in a statement.
"Linde Material Handling, a globally recognised leader with a powerful product portfolio, combined with WMH's proven expertise and customer focus, creates an unbeatable value proposition."
LiftOne, a division of Weisiger Group, sells Hyster, Yale, CombiLift, Rail King, Ottawa, Genie and JLG equipment from 20 locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama.
LiftOne president Mark Drummond said his team was looking forward to facilitating a smooth transition for WMH customers.
“It is imperative that we have the right dealer partners who are willing to invest with us to ensure the best customer experience and outcomes,” said Yale dealer business development and financial services vice president.
Since 2012, LiftOne has demonstrated its ability to grow with us, while never losing sight of its strong, family-owned values.”
