Echandia has appointed long-time maritime executive and business developer Göran Fransson as chief commercial officer (CCO). In his new role, Fransson will take the lead on building Echandia’s global commercial operation.
Fransson has previously held the roles of global business manager at Alfa Laval, commercial director at maritime systems company Trident BMC (formerly Baltec Marine), vice president - sales and marketing at US Ship Supply Corporation, and several international roles to grow Roxtec in new markets and segments.
Sara Vincent
JLG Industries - United States
JLG Industries and Jerr-Dan Corporation have hired Sara Vincent as the new director of marketing for the access segment. In this role, Vincent will lead marketing and communications initiatives for JLG mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) and telehandlers, as well as Jerr-Dan towing and recovery equipment in North America and Latin America.
Vincent brings nearly 20 years of communications and marketing experience to this role, most recently as the vice president of marketing for Arete. She also has vast experience in the telecommunications industry, having led branding, public relations, channel marketing and new-market initiatives for both T-Mobile and AT&T.
Vincent holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland and is a student in the Master of Business Administration program at the University of Baltimore.
Vincent takes over from Jennifer Stiansen, who has transitioned to her new role as vice president of global branding and communications for parent company Oshkosh Corporation.
