The opening ceremony for Linde (China)'s forklift driving school was held in Xiamen.
Linde (China) officially opened the Linde Forklift Truck Driving School at its Xiamen headquarters last month.

Zhang Haozhou, director of XPTAS (Xiamen Public Training Administration & Service Centre for Highly-Skilled Workers), and CP Quek, CEO of Linde (China), presided over the opening ceremony at the new school.

Guests at the ceremony were introduced to the forklift driving test process and treated to a lively forklift show.

"We are thankful to Linde (China) for supporting the Xiamen government in providing a professional and convenient forklift driver training location. This is in line with the government's efforts to encourage all skilled workers to have proper training," Zhang says.

Quek says Linde (China) has always advocated the need for proper training and qualification for forklift drivers.

Professional trainers from XPTAS will have access to a wide selection of Linde forklifts to train their students at the new school.
