HC Forklifts UK, which was established last year, has revealed its enhanced range of diesel and gas-powered forklifts and a complete line of warehouse equipment at its annual dealer conference at the Rockingham Race Circuit in Corby last month.
The company's strategic partners were informed of HC Forklift UK's latest additions, which are manufactured in China and equipped with Cummins engines and Okamura transmissions.
The XF series now features heavy-duty counterbalance machines ranging from 5-7 T at a 600 mm (23.6 in.) load centre. The complete range is made up of trucks with lifting capabilities from 1.0-7.0 T. The 5-7 tonners are available in diesel and LPG models.
Also revealed were the company's updated 12-16 T, R series trucks, which have a 600 mm (23.6 in.) load centre. According to HC Forklifts UK, these machines are designed for high productivity, working in demanding environments and feature a range of innovative designs including a large capacity radiator, which improves the ventilation capacity of the truck and guarantees a reliable performance from the engine cooling system.
HC Forklifts UK's new A series warehouse range rounds off the company's latest additions to its line-up and is made up of pedestrian and ride-on pallet trucks and pedestrian and ride-on pallet stackers.
Attendees at the dealer event consisted of representatives from the company's 24-strong dealer network including Dublin-based Atlas Forklifts, J&B Lift Trucks, Selkirk Mechanical Handling and Sheaf Materials Handling.
The full HC Forklifts UK offering includes diesel counterbalance trucks up to 32 T, plus a mix of three- and four-wheel electric trucks up to 5 T, 1-7 T gas-powered forklifts as well as a selection of tow tractors, access equipment and sideloaders.
Eqstra Group is a major player in the supply and maintenance of industrial, agricultural and materials handling equipment in South Africa, Africa and the UK. The company's subsidiary, Eqstra Industrial Equipment, established HC Forklifts UK to import and distribute the HC range of forklifts manufactured by Chinese forklift manufacturer Hangcha

The HC range was previously distributed by Samuk Lift Trucks, which was founded by industry veteran Sir Neville-Bowman Shaw
