bauma China takes shape
Shanghai, ChinaPreparations for bauma CHINA 2020, which takes place from 24 - 27 November in Shanghai, are in full swing. More than 2,800 exhibitors will participate in Asia's leading trade fair for the construction and mining machinery industry. Despite the challenges due to COVID-19, the show will fill all 17 halls and the outdoor area at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre - a total of 300,000 sqm of exhibition space.
The exhibition will include three international stands - from Germany, Italy and Spain, which will account for 73 exhibitors.
Due to COVID-19, bauma CHINA will see a predominantly Chinese audience, with organisers expecting around 130,000 visitors.
To ensure a safe and orderly event, the various control and security measures and venue-sanitation regulations will be effectively implemented, appropriate on-site medical services will be provided and all participants will be required to register online.
TOC ME expands, goes virtual
London, United KingdomIn light of the ongoing challenges surrounding COVID-19, both within the Middle East and globally, and after close consultation with its industry partners, TOC has decided to transition TOC Middle East 2020 into a full-scale digital event encompassing the additional regions of Europe, Africa and the Indian subcontinent.
The expanded TOC EMEA Virtual Expo will be held in early 2021.
The event was due to be held in Dubai from 7- 9 December 2020.

Exhibitors back transport logistic 2021
Munich, GermanyFrom 4 - 7 May 2021, the logistics world will meet at transport logistic in Munich to establish, maintain and expand contacts.
Demand among exhibitors is already high, with organisers confirming that 80% of exhibitors have already registered for transport logistic 2021.
"We are closely monitoring the current developments regarding COVID-19. The health of our visitors, exhibitors and employees is our highest priority at Messe München," says Stefan Rummel, managing director of Messe München. "Since the outbreak of the coronavirus, we have therefore increased the necessary security measures and are constantly updating them in line with the current situation. Due to these good preparations, we expect the global logistics industry with all participants from industry, trade and services to attend transport logistic in Munich in May 2021."
