EP's J0/J1 series box handling platform vehicle combines various innovations to address shortcomings of previous trucks. Customers in E-commerce, auto parts businesses, electronics manufacturing, and retails are looking for a vehicle to solve their problems by carrying boxes by using movable ladder or other equipment that are is flexible enough nor strong enough. The EP engineering team combined forklift trucks and platform lifter designs developing this crossover model to solve our customers' problem. With this platform truck, customers now can raise higher, pick more, drive faster, and worry less about maintenance.

JX0/JX1:
The JX0/JX1's ability to bring tools or goods up and down from height while being able to drive from task to task allows workers to complete elevated tasks both more safely and more quickly. It reduces employer exposure to worker injuries resulting from the use of ladders or other fixed platforms and assists in their compliance. Unlike some lightweight commercial products, these two models are built from the ground up for the rigors of work. As anyone who has worked overhead with tools or been confronted with walking down a ladder with their hands full can tell you, ladders are unsafe by nature for many tasks. The steel I-beam channel mast on the JX0/JX1 provides exceptional stability for operators while elevated, and has the largest platform in its class to bring materials, goods, or tools up and down from height. Additionally the fully enclosed operator's compartment, behind the operator mast design, and optional fall restraint ensure that operators are secure and confident of their safety. The JX0/JX1 can turn many two-person tasks into one-person tasks, and allows many one-person tasks to be done twice as fast. With the available high speed option, the JX1 can operate at up to 8km/h when at ground level, while automatically reducing travel speed at height. Precise electronic power steering and the ability to turn around in a 1.8m aisle (with nature only 800mm body width), also make both vehicles extremely easy to maneuver. When compared to other competitive units that employ swivel casters, the JX0/JX1 provide the best operator control, carries the largest payload, has the longest duty cycle, supports quick battery changes and simply outclasses the competition in regard to productivity.

The J0/J1 is a great alternative to a rolling ladder or larger equipment where elevation of personnel is required to complete a task. Compact and capable both vehicles are highly maneuverable, intuitive to operate, and excellent equipment choices in support of general overhead maintenance, inventory or order picking duties. Capable of towing up to 1ton loads, the JX1's ability to drive, tow and elevate allows it to perform multiple duties with one piece of equipment or dramatically improve on tasks such as less than pallet quantity order picking. Bringing a rolling load along with an elevating vehicle can result in significant productivity gains and lower operating costs in all sorts of applications. Whether the JX0/JX1 are used to support retail stores, parts facilities, E-commerce, production lines, or just for facility maintenance - the ability to drive, tow and elevate delivers a unique value.

JX2/JX3:
The JX2/JX3 are designed to handle pallet picking with strong industrial features. JX2, with its 800kg capacity, combined 1.8m lifting height (1m platform lifting height and 0.8m mini mast lifting height), 1.5m turning radius, 8km/h drive speed is perfect for fast work flow application focusing on lower level picking job. Ideally designed for warehouse with two- layer rack picking, such as wine, beverage, beer or any places needing lower level order picking. With its industrial stable and safe features, operators can enjoy flexible driving without extra protection requirements. The design also allows it to be used as counter-balance forklift in some applications. Operators feel safe standing on a big platform only 1 meter above ground, even if they need to stay with the truck all day long. The mini mast provides 800mm free lifting distance to avoid operators' need for bending, keeping the same comfortable standing position for full pallet handling. Alternatively, the J2 optionally features front control with or without side rails. Optional overhead guards and fall restraints can build extra safety factors into the truck. A larger battery compartment can fit various industry battery, to extend running hour as need.

JX3, with almost the same performance as the JX2 but higher lifting height and higher capacity, is suited to medium level order picking. Its 1ton capacity reach up to 3.2m lifting height covers 4-layers picking areas in most medium-sized warehouses. Left and right operation system design is different to traditional order pickers, giving better front visibility especially with full pallet loads. Standard overhead guard and optional fall restraint ensure operators are in good hands all the time. The head-height smart display makes operator aware of the situation without disturbance.

As a crossover truck, EP J series stock picker vehicle and order picker truck combine maneuverability and industry safety. A durable steel frame protects the hideaway rear tray and supports an I-beam channel mast for superior stability at height. The left handle is equipped with electronic power steering wheel while the right side is an all-in-one control pod with easy access to all buttons and switches. Smart display indicates operating conditions and error codes. The operator compartment floor height provides easy entry and exit. Foot switch and guard rail ensure operator stay in safe before and during operation. Optional rubber wheels provide a comfortable ride experience. Battery compartment design is both maintenance-free and rugged.

As a family group, the EP order picker series provides various solutions for different industries, focusing on specific market segments, efficiency and safety, at an affordable cost. As always, EP truck, built for needs.
