A forklift simulator is being used to train the next generation of forklift operators in Canada under a partnership between Adecco Canada and immersive workforce development solutions provider, BluWorkz.

The Forklift Upskilling Program uses a virtual reality simulator to create an immersive environment which replicates real-world warehouse challenges such as tight spaces, heavy loads and operational hazards. As well as offering training in a zero-risk environment, performance data on participants helps to identify top job candidates.
