Where you able to get into the diagnostics through the display? You can check for voltage drop across the line contactor. This code indicates that the controller is seeing the battery voltage below set minimum.
We have had controller checked and the battery is good. Anyone have anymore information leading to this fault code. Thanks in Advance for the help.

Default is 55555. If that does not work you will need Yale software to access the password.
Does anyone have the passcode to get into the truck? we have check controller wiring and battery.

no I don't have password , I have bveen a lil concearned with the battery , in the last few months
DC Bus low. Check the motor/motor controller wiring. Check your battery voltage. Do you have a password to get into diagnostics?
