Very abrupt deceleration - jerks to stop

The forklift jerks to a stop when you take foot off the pedal. Its a Techtronix 100 trasnmission and we have changed the auto deceleration and brake overlap settings but it seems to have no impact.

So we have done this as well as replaced tiss and toss and while its improved, but it still stops somewhat abruptly. now it kind-off drifts for awhile and then brakes. Any other next steps? I really appreciate your advice.
