The charge pump for the trans is on the bottom r/h side as I remember and is chain driven. That is supplying all your trans pressure but not sure on the relief valve set up for this. Click on my profile for my message address and I'll try and help further.
It has to be something that is making the fluid pressure too high. The torque converter would cause the loss of power. Right?
I'm wrong there actually, the red are 5v in. Maybe relief valve in trans pump?.
I think E but not sure 100% have to look at tomorrow
Do you know the serial prefix as models numbers are different in uk.
Im not at work now. but it is a 2010 hyster s40ft. And the trans has no valve body on trans is not on top possibly internal. The only yellow wire is the tiss and toss forward and reverse sensors that have four wires for connector and the xmsn forward and reverse pressure sensors have three wires red, green, white and the selenoids mext to tat only have green and white. I had a reference off another forklift with the same set up and they are reading the same. also the light bulb with the wrench in middle and the wrench light flashes non stop on dash with koeo
The red wires should all be at 12 volt and the yellow carry 5v for other sensors etc. If you want to mail ( in profile) me for info on where feed comes from.
All red wires have 5v.green wires have good ground and white wire have goos signal only when i drive and pick up pace the truck goes disabled and throwing these codes everytime changed everything electrically. Is there some thing mechanically possibly the pump or maybe the brains or controller.?im stumped i tried calibrating the xmsn but no good still has problem
The feed for the pressure sensors is commoned so check the red and green wires at sensors to confirm you have 12 volts. Also have you run the trans self calibration through dash?
Cheers,
Simon
