Did you check battery short to frame? I think up to 3 volts is acceptable. Anything beyond that, the battery need to come out and everything cleaned. Does the contactor close when you power up the machine?

I have check the voltage thur out the machine. All is 24v right up into the harness running up the handle. But non of the controls when activated in the handle produce any voltage back down the harness out of the handle to the solenoid or horn.

E115 is a Main Contactor Fault. Contactor tips could be welded together, or contactor could be bad. Check wiring and voltage at contactor. If wiring and voltage are ok. Replace contactor. Hope this gets you going.
