Transmission/Differential Oil

Can someone tell me what type of transmission oil we should use to service the transmission and differential on this truck. Do they use the same fluid? Also, if a capacity is known that would be very helpful also. Serial number if it helps is E010V02453E. Thank you very much!!

John Deere J20C. Universal trans/axle fluid. John Deere calls this Hygard.
