Linde Tech - H30T not reving up

Have an H30T-03 S/N H2X351L year 2000.
The engine speed isn't automatically increasing when drive or hydraulics are operated, any ideas? or has anyone got a service manual.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
