VR-843 forward/reverse issues

stuck in forward weather or not the shifter is in neutral or reverse, back up alarm still works. tore apart shifter and nothing broke inside?
would appreciate some help

Check the shift solenoids on the right side of the transmission, behind the fuel/ hydraulic tank. Bet you've got a stuck one. Check for power at the valves to verify this.
