Looking for fault code book or service manual

Hello, we just got UNS 161, and looks after trying load to recovery truck, reach truck stops drive and steering dosnt work at all (E03). any chance found some kind manual about fault codes and how to clear error codes. Thanks

Thanks for quick reply. Its look like this fault is my mistake, i connected two led work headlights, and another thing recovery man broke two sensors on the battery, so in the end we got it running.
The fault code list will be helpful for future.
I have atlet settings code, a couple times i've cleared errors but now i cant find this option?

E03 chassis voltage you probably have bad wire harness going to the mast underneath the battery
