replaced ecu?
well you will have to access the vsm and program the truck information using the TODF file obtained from the save's from the old vsm. There are 3 types of files that can be saved, CDF (configuration data file), TODF (truck operations data file) and TSF (Truck Settings File)
Whenever a new VSM or Display Switch Cluster is installed on a lift
truck, the data that controls all the functions and features
unique to that lift truck needs to be transferred to
the new VSM or Display Switch Cluster.

Truck Operations Data File (TODF). This data
file includes periodically updated and truck specific
information such as component serial numbers
and hourmeters. This data must be backed up
and replaced during controller replacements. Truck
Operations Data Files can be saved to a data file
through the PC Service Tool software.

So unless you have the PC Service Tool software your truck will most likely be problematic, possibly not run correctly as it should.
