Hello all, can someone help me with a service manual of a BT model SPE160L? we have the following problem, when switch the machine on light of the battery percentage is on. Driving works only no hydraulic functions. If we plug in our Curtis programmer we can only enter the test functions, probably we don't have the correct one. The voltage on the programmer in test is 24,6 Volt so that must be enough I think. Can someone help me on this problem?

Heffunctie vervalt bij 20% als je de batterij bv dan aan lader zet dan doet hij het weer
Dit is bij alle BT trucks
Je hebt daar een dongle voor nodig linker of rechter kap er af zie je een ronde stekker zitten daar moet je dongle aanhangen.
Is canbus aansluiting.
Dan kun je door menu dit allemaal via claxon en bediening rijvlinder.

hey john, ik ben blij nog eens iets van je te horen. We hebben de batterij intussen vervangen met een nieuwe en werkt terug, zou het kunnen als de heffunctie uitvalt (doordat de batterij voor meer dan 80% is ontladen) enkel terug werkt als de batterij voor 100% is opgeladen?
Op het scherm kwam trouwens geen foutcode, enkel het lampje van de batterij brand. Welke handset heb je eigenlijk nodig om alles te kunnen controleren?

Heb je disselkop al open gemaakt knop heffen zit armpje aan waar magneetje op zit is dat toevalligniet defect!!!
Wat ook kan als er intiaal heffing op zit dat deze het heffen blokkeert.
je hebt een dongle nodig om alle tests te kunnen doen.
Meestal fout melding 150 als kaart niet goed is.
Of heb je melding 28!!
anders aansturing via print (canbus) naar box.

Hi Marc,
I found same problem regarding this issue. first should check through parameter nº 21 the correct battery size. If this Ok, if possible you have a faulty tiller card.
