Drive motor bearing noise

Hi,
I recently bought a Still R20-16 from about 1999 of 2000 i guess.
There's a noise coming from the left drive motor. It's typically the noise from a worn bearing.
Anyone some tips how to repair this?

Somebody who can tell me where to find the user and repair manual would be great help too!

The bearings don't often fail to be honest. Is the commutator okay?.Check for arcing and brush bouncing as this is more common. Either way it is easier to remove the mast and take out the drive motors/gearboxes as a pair then split when out.
