Height interlock

My Yale MTC 13 48V loses traction after 1.5 MTR. How to disengage this interlock. Can someone help

If the lift stops moving after traveling 6 to 7 feet, need to check charge level of battery, fluid level and specific gravity. If you are sure the battery is fully charged, connect meter to battery and operate the lift. See how far the voltage drops when traveling and operating hydraulics. If you suspect an interlock is causing the cut off, you will need a Yale tech to connect with program to reset interlock or turn it off. Good Luck.
