Discussion:
Linde H18T-03 BR350 shuts down/stalls randomly?

Hello
I have a problem with our H18T-03. It is one Pedal and if I use the Pedal gently or switch direction while standing the engine stalls. It seems only to happen when trying to manoeuvre it slowly. It's very random I can't really reproduce the problem, it just happens while using it. Sometimes also while standing still and lifting.

Do I have to take apart the pedal box ? What replacement parts do I need to repair it ?

Is someone familiar with this behavior ?

I would appriciate any help

The engine runs fine, I would say. It seems like the electric actuator for the throttle just closes and therefore stalls the engine

Hello again
So I rebuild the pedal box with the new parts and cleaned it. The pedal box itself works good. But I don't know why, it just stalls when you gently start driving it. If you abruptly press the pedal it works fine, but if it enters the first 5mm of pedal travel it just stalls the engine.

Order it from a Linde dealer. You may luck out and not have to calibrate it.
As long as the mast lifts all the way then you have enough hydraulic fluid. The marks on the dipstick are minimum and maximum depending on your lift height.

Thanks for your response. I think so too that is something in the pedal box. Do you know where to get this kit ? Or the part numbers?

I will take apart the Pedalbox next week. Can I just change the potentiometer ? Or has it to be calibrated ?

It sounds like the accelerator potentiometer is faulty. I'm pretty sure it comes in a kit with the plastic gears. If not make sure you replace the gears as well.

Another questions I have, might these be beacuse of not enoug hydraulic oil in the tank ?

The Dipstick has two markings, which one is the right max marking ?
