Hi, The parking brake cables are stuck on my Toyota 5FD30 Besides taking both front wheels off, is there any tricks to free them up?

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
