Discussion:
Trans brake limited , intermittent 522157-2 fault showing.

522157-2 I've got a manual for this code. It states DTC 522157-2 - TISS Sensor Direction or Direction Check Input Failure (TCU).

gone to the live data for the Xmsn and the input sensor rpm is reading correctly. the match the rpm on the engine.

Anyone know what else could cause this fault and how to test.

the display also show 'trans brake limited use brake' message when at high speed then disappears when you come to a stop.

any info would be appreciated.

I've already set this up 0 degree using on live read out on the dash. Also calibrated the xmsn valve using the dashboard. Still no change

The trans brake issue is normally due to the adjustment of the inching pedal. The pedal sensor is not adjusted correctly. This may remove the tiss code.

A lot of the times when you get a TISS or TOSS code the other sensor can be the actual problem. I've learned this from experience.
