No start at times

at times after running a few minutes and shutting off the engine won't restart. Looses spark and the signal to the trim injector. Its not the distributor, ignitor, or the condenser. Im thinking its the ecu. Cant find any problems in the harness. Have had the problem without moving the lift. Anyone seen this before? It has no rpm reading on pc service tool when it won't start
