Discussion:
error code 16

Hello,

I was wondering if someone happens to know what this error code means. Its a erpo40tgn but i am not sure much more than that. I had purchased it used about 5 months ago. It currently displays this when I turn it on. The forklift and the mast are currently not operational with this error code. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

error code 16 is usually battery over voltage.you may have a bad PTC on the linecontactor. you may have a badly setup controller or an overcharging charger. leave truck with lights on for an hour or so to drain some voltage from the battery and see if it works
