Wrench Icon and Won't move,

Sorry this post is lacking info, not familiar with these machines, it's an RR5210-35 S/N 1A296035

Customer called and said theres a wrench icon on and the machine won't move, will power enough to obviously get the display to work, Any common faults to look for? I'm going in the morning and have only done services not repairs on this type of crown.

Hey Zerk, was just at machine, of course it'll make a lier out of the girl that called, machine worked fine, past code in events though of 217, trying to research now what it is, but if you have input that would be amazing!

The wrench is indicating a fault code when you get their look under events and it will show you the code their way to many to even guess what the problem is without knowing that code number.
