Hangcha's Spanish customer experience centre

Hangcha recently marked the opening of its European customer experience centre in Rubí, Barcelona.

The opening co-incided with a dealer conference, hosted by HC-Fork Trucks, S.L, Hangcha's exclusive dealer in Spain.

A Hangcha spokeswoman tells Forkliftaction News the customer experience centre is attached to the dealership, but dedicated to the Hangcha brand, with the Chinese manufacturer supplying demonstration trucks and fittings.

Spain is also Hangcha's biggest warehouse equipment export market, and the customer experience centre aims to further boost its profile in the market.

The opening marks a 12-year co-operation between HC-Fork Trucks and Hangcha.

The customer facility will be a permanent feature and is open to the public, allowing potential customers to "operate the demo truck and have a real experience of Hangcha warehouse equipment", the spokeswoman adds.
