The engine does not rev when cold

Hello!
Can anyone help me with the problem that the engine does not rev when it is cold for the first time and does not warm up for 5-10 minutes. It does not display any error codes.

if the unit is on lpg more than likely you have bad gas convertor and you also need to check that you dont have a water blockage also check thermostat that its working correctly and also check water pump is operating correctly
maybe that someone has removed the thermostat for some reason see how you go with that
