STALLING

HELLO, THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR THE HELP. I HAVE A CLARK CPG30 AND IT WOULD STALL WHEN EVER YOU TRIED TO ACCELERATE. I HAVE CHANGED THE ROTOR, DISTRIBUTOR CAP, PLUG WIRES, PLUGS, REGULATOR, AND THE FUEL LOCK OUT AND IT STILL STALLS. WHAT ELSE COULD BE WRONG?
