solenoid control valve

I have 5 solenoids on this valve the parts diagram only shows 4. The solenoid is on the bottom and is the boom lift. the cartridge internal
spool floats inside instead of returning when solenoid is deactivated
It looks the same as the boom lower cartridge. Is there a service bulletin on this or just an omission from parts as it shows in the service book.
