The unit in line with the feed hose is not frosting. The second unit located lower towards the motor is the one in question.

also upon taking out the spark plugs today, there is a considerable amount of carbon buildup on the tips. I cant seem to find from where this buildup is coming, as we pressure tested the cylinders, as well as took off the head and checked that a few weeks ago.
