HAVE A YALE ERP035 THAT IS HAVING DIFFICULTIES. BATTERY IS GOOD, MOTOR CONTROL VOLTAGE IS GOOD. DISASSEMBLED THE VELOCITY Y VALVE TO CLEAN( NOT DIRTY) OPERATED THE LIFT WITH THE Valve removed. same issue,SLOW LIFTING , CHECKED PRESSURE OF HYDRO PUMP,700PSI. PUMP AND MOTOR GETTING HOT.
IS THERE A RELIEF VALVE OR BYPASS VALVE LOCATED IN THE PRESSURE STREAM OF THE PUMP?
DOES THE CONTROL VALVE HAVE THE RELIEF CIRCUIT BUILT IN?
THIS UNIT HAS BEEN WELL CARED FOR AND THIS ISSUE HAS STARTED RECENTLY
