Ok, we have a winner! We borrowed another mother board from a known going electric forklift & plugged it in to our crook fork and put it through its paces... We had it smoking up in the workshop!!!! I noticed that a couple of diodes were touching each other on the crook mother board so the boss separated them & plugged it in the crook forklift & it worked!!! We suspect that a mouse has gotten into the fork & tried to climb up the circuit board & diodes causing a short!!! So check your boards out properly folks!!
