Hi Micky!
Thanks for helping out with this dilemma... we have been struggling with it something fierce. It is a model H25T serial H2X393S05978 and has the VW engine in it. It currently works well for an hour or better, then reports overheat at the control panel. The radiator 'appears' to be clear, but if I follow your reasoning, we need to confirm it is flowing and not stopped up internally to some extent.
The only significant thing done so far is our tech felt the hydraulically driven cooling fan has failed, and he has replaced it. The operator had noticed that in some instances the fan would go into 'high speed' for short time periods, but then dropped out. That is why they replaced the fan thinking it wasn't moving enough air flow across the radiator. That didn't fix the problem... so we are asking for someone that has deeper insight for an opinion to help us figure it out.
Otherwise the machine appears to be working fine...
Thanks again for any help...! We truly appreciate it...!
Sincerely,
Barry
