we service a fleet of approx 300 8400's of varying years all double jacks with no assigned operators. they are 8,000 lb trucks in good condition used in a mixed environment food warehouse (dry, cooler & freezer)
out of this fleet we have about 25 of them that blow the main power fuse & throw the code E107.
To date we have tried swapping batteries, drive motors, contactors, controllers, & lift pump assy's! We have also swapped drive tires & tried different caster wheel adjustments, along with changing the pallet entry rollers & adjusting the minimum lowered height of the forks.
Nothing has made any difference!! Any thoughts??
