We just got two of these reach trucks. On one the forks lower fast, with the hyd. motor running. The other one lowers fast with the hyd. motor running until it gets to the free lift (rails all the way down). At that point ,the hyd. motor quits and forks lower very slowly. There is no fault code. Any ideas anyone? The operators will not use this truck because it's so slow.
