New to the forum as a member but been lurking for some time. I have a raymond pallet jack that had a shorted motor. I replaced the motor/gearbox assembly with one from a "parts" jack we have. When I first turned it on, it drove fine, lifts normally, etc. After a minute of driving it, it went into a "slow speed" or creep mode. It still lifts normal and if you hit the red panic bar, it goes forward normal speed. Any idea what is causing it to drive so slow? Batteries show 100% and it lifts fine.
