Hi Jeff, I also had been looking for a long time for a decent safety training DVD, and found 2 excellent productions made by Vocam Pty Ltd in Victoria, Australia. 1 is called Forklift Safety Essentials (26 mins) where they tip forklifts (in a controlled environment) and show outcomes of poor driving practises, and the other is Forklift Stability Essentials that explains Centre of Gravity and Extended Load Centre principles. I have used them both during refresher training in all out plants, and they certainly made an impact on the drivers.
