ok guys i thank you very much for your input. i found that if i took a distributor from a running truck it runs like a top. But now i have to figure out whats wrong in the distributor. i have a truck with a bad flywheel needing repair it's going to give up its distributor for now.

again i thank you very much for helping me think this problem through and all your ideas helped a lot.
