I understand, and I know that there are well trained and experienced people in the US. However most if not all of them would expect a moving expense $$$ for the USA to Australia/NZ move that may be hard for your company to swallow...

just something to stick in your cap.

I had attempted a move to Sydney some years ago and gave up when the moving expenses came up in the conversation and they balked.
