LOL, you are 100% wrong. These electric forklifts (modern) do not use huge 72V batteries with 3-phase chargers made for fast-moving warehouses. Those types of lifts use the battery as a counterweight. The forklifts I was referring to have 5 30 series AGM batteries that MIGHT weigh 450lbs, the machine has a standard cast tail counterweight and the batteries are under the seat, the batteries contribute VERY little to the lifting ability of the machine. Some of these replies are not thought out very well. I can do math and adding weight for a lighter battery is not rocket science.
