Hello,
My work has just bought a motorised stacker from an auction however after letting it charge fully the forks go up and down beautifully even the horn rings our ears but no matter what we try it won't go forwards or backwards. I've pulled panels off and the forward/reverse lever is sending a signal and the board is showing a status light whenever it's clicked however no sounds or anything are happening at the motor end. Any advise would be great thank you.
