first, make sure the battery has a decent charge on it, if not then charge it and see if anything changes.
second, check all the connections, battery plug, all power cables at the motors and on the contactors.
third, if the machine has mode settings turn it up, if all the way up then turn it down and see if there is any difference.
lastly, you may need to get a tech to check it with the laptop and make sure all the settings are correct in the performance modes and base settings.
