Ok 1st. Battery Is 6 years old. I checked all the cells after over night charge they are all 2.1 -2.2. 2nd battery cells are 2.2 -2.3 the second battery and both b.d.i. where at 5/8s charge. The 2nd battery is 15 months old and it bleeds 24 volts to the case. Unrelated to these trucks. We had a battery tech. In here for another battery that need to be re manufactured and I showed him my problem he said that 24volt to the case was not a big deal. And said it was a truck problem. I know that 24 volts bleed through to an old Raymond ez-b truck screws them up big time because we have 30 of them. Never had problems with the hyster though.
