NO DON'T GET RID, GET CLEVER!!!
Actually, the problem lies in that the 'Big' Red Button, isn't that well, big! And... in many instances of 'practical' use of the Tiller Arm to manoeuvre a Pallet or Stacker Truck in cramped spaces, the operator can't always be between the Red Button and the obstacle they're about to be crushed against. So they hold the Tiller to their side, making the Red Button, redundant.

The Answer is to connect the Red Button circuit to an ACKBelt® Anti-Crush Kick-Belt™, fitted around the base of the truck, increasing the 'Red Button's' Ca. 8sqcm by over 800%!

Improving and increasing safety can be as simple as that. And... it can also offer a big saving in truck damage to plant and goods. Win-Win!
