***SOLVED***

Bumped into the back of a truck yesterday and triggered the impact shutdown. Technician came out to reset it today and now it says "starter interlock" and won't do anything. "No crank" "no start"
Key IS on
Battery good
Dash lights up as normal
New starter 4/12/21
Seat sensor good
Handbrake sensor good
Seat belt sensor good.
No hydraulic "return to neutral" indicator shown.
All passwords have been reset.
Technician has been here all day and is stumped. He suggested replacing the VSM, at a substantial cost.
The truck ran perfect up until the impact shutdown countdown stopped. Truck shut off and now nothing. Any ideas?
