what did you replace those old batteries with? same type/model of battery you had?
bigjoe says there are 2 options for the batteries for this unit
- a 65A rated battery (lead acid type) p/n: 1115-500005-00
- a 85A rated battery (AGM) Advanced Glass Mat p/n: 003231

Note: if you choose or have installed AGM batteries the charger mode has to be changed to charge these AGM batteries. The charger by default is in normal wet battery mode. The battery type is most likely changed in the machine setup in the controller. I'd have to get hold of the service manual to see if it goes into that.
