I think it is 1975. Early trucks had only 1 figure for the year. I have to ask my father who worked on those trucks when they were new :-). He knows for sure.

I have a book with Lansing wheels and it shows the following part numbers (Can't confirm 100%, but when the sizes are good you are problably good to go:
