Good afternoon, Got a lift here that has been giving all types of problems but the latest is fuel. Months ago I changed the regulator, fuel filter, solenoid, throttle body, and tank connection. Was running fine for another 40 hours and died. After digging and digging seen that there was previous work done to wire harness and that I was getting no power to the fuel solenoid. I ran a toggle switch directly from battery to get my 12 volts and its clicking now but still not starting. Starts with starter fluid so its either fuel delivery failure or electrical which I have checked all fuses and wires on distributor, battery, and fuse box. Is there any other test to see if regulator is bad besides removing big hose and putting finger over the outlet to feel for pressure as I feel none on this lift.
