HAVE A RAYMOND DSS300. BURNT UP LIFT CONTROLLER CARD. CHANGED CARD. TRANSISTOR. CAPACITOR AND DIODE. STILL HAVE 6R CODE. TROUBLESHOOT TEST O13. HAVE 5.8 VOLTS OFF. GOES DOWN TO 5.2 VOLTS AT 36% CURRENT. SHOULD READ 10 VOLTS OFF AND INCREASE AS CURRENT IS RAISED TO 36%. CHANGED VEHICLE MANAGER. NO CHANGE. ANY CLUES
